Keller Williams: The Difference Is Culture

Why Is Culture Important?

Culture is what separates Keller Williams from every other real estate company on the planet. Our culture is built upon just a few of the following ideas:

Training and Consulting

Agent-Centric Models

Technology

Open Books

Economic Model

Profit-Sharing

But it all starts with our M.V.V.B.P (Mission, Vision, Values, Beliefs, Perspectives). With our strong M.V.V.B.P. leading the way, Keller Williams will continue to be, according to Forbes, "one of the best places to work."

Below is just a few examples of the Keller Williams Culture in action!

KELLER WILLIAMS RED DAY

RED Day is the official Keller Williams holiday where all our associates stop business for a day to "Give Where They Live". On this day, all 180,000 members of the Keller Williams family spend a day investing in their local communities!

At the heart of Keller Williams’ culture is our shared commitment to community service. The immeasurable generosity of our team enables us to care for our own as well as our neighbors no matter the magnitude of what is needed.

We’ve poured into our communities in a number of ways, initiating service projects like building new homes from the ground up, gathering and distributing food to those who need it, organizing relief efforts when a natural disaster hits, and even spreading joy and raising funds as only KW can when life takes an unexpected turn. These are just a few of the community activities we’ve carried out in support of those who have poured into us.

THE KELLER WILLIAMS M.V.V.B.P

At Keller Williams we believe who you are in business with matters. To help cement this understanding, we’ve formalized our M.V.V.B.P. (Mission, Vision, Values, Beliefs and Perspectives) that guides how we treat each other and how we do business.

Our Mission: To Build Careers Worth Having, Business Worth Owning, Lives Worth Living, Experiences Worth Giving, and Legacies Worth Leaving.

Our Vision: To Be The Real Estate Company of Choice for Agents and Their Customers.

Our Values: God, Family, Then Business.

Our Beliefs: The KW WI4C2TES is the Guidebook for Our Beliefs.

Our Perspective: A Technology Company that Provides the Real Estate Platform That Our Agents' Buyers and Sellers Prefer, Keller Williams Thinks Like a Top Producer, Acts Like a Trainer-Consultant, and Focuses All Its Activities on Service, Productivity, and Profitability.

KW CARES

KW Cares is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to serving Keller Williams Realty associates and their qualifying family members experiencing hardship as a result of a sudden emergency.

We step in swiftly to provide financial grants and aid when these unforeseen emergencies create difficult circumstances that our KW associates and their immediate families cannot overcome on their own. KW Cares has given over $60,000,000 in assistance since it was created.

This is the very heartbeat of Keller Williams culture in action: striving to find and serve the higher purpose of business through philanthropic giving in a way that embodies values rooted in giving, caring and sharing.
